- The State of Massachusetts, in anticipation of a major health emergency, is looking for potential volunteers to assist at various emergency facilities, such as dispensing clinics. In order to alert and notify individuals of these opportunities, they have created a statewide database system called "MSAR" (Massachusetts System for Advanced Registration).
